Trello for Project Management: Conclusion
Different categories of visibility are possible and boards can be public, visible, private. For a visible team, everyone on the team will be able to see, interact and edit. In the case of private, only people added to the board will be able to view and edit. And for the public, no one can automatically edit it but everyone will be able to view it and only people actually added to the board can edit.
After creating a team edit the settings by adding members, change the logo and choose the option of making the team public, visible or private. Boards within a team can only be shown to team members on this team. For multiple teams, if you want a member of one team to be able to view the board of another team than add that member to that team. In side-menu check for backgrounds, stickers, powerups, add members and change all these settings. Hit more and get access to some advanced features where you can copy board, email-to-board settings and actually set up the board itself if you want to do that. Add/ Remove permissions for commenting.
